Of huge concern to me the enormous threat to the Pacific Coast by the proposed Enbridge Pipeline that would stretch from the Alberta Tar Sands across the mountains all the way to Kitimat. An oil spill would be inevitable if oil tanker traffic was allowed through the Hecate Straight because it is notoriously turbulent. Ecological and Aboriginal groups oppose this disastrous project. ~Buckman
